Stratalock performed soil density testing with a Pagani dynamic cone penetrometer (DCP), which identified weak, poorly compacted soil extending approximately 10 feet below grade. The soil could no longer support the brick foundation, and the home had started to settle as a result.
Based on the test results, Stratalock designed an injection plan to treat the weak layers precisely where they were causing the settlement.
